Factory of Electronic Devices for Cars in Kać
Delta Inženjering, as a Main Designer, created technical documentation for the construction of a factory for the production of electronic devices in the automotive for the German Investor Continental Automotive GmbH industry.
Design and technical documentation included: development of urban planning project, conceptual solution, project for building permit, project for execution, as-built design, creating projects in accordance with FM Global and LEED standards, preparation of tender documentation, monitoring of works during construction (design supervision).
The factory of electronic devices has a total area (under buildings) of 22,000 m2, which is located on a plot of land of 59,000 m2.
Alumil YU Industry
Additional Construction of the Anodizing Facility and Relocation of the Gas Station in the Factory Alumil
In addition to the preparation of complete technical documentation for obtaining a construction permit, Delta Inženjering performed work on the extension of the business facility intended for anodization in addition to the existing production and business facility.
The building is made of prefabricated concrete elements, coated with prefabricated concrete facade panels and roof thermal insulation panels with stone wool fillings. Within the facility there are six cranes with a capacity of five tons, anodizing equipment, and a wastewater treatment plant.

Delta Inženjering was entrusted with a triple role: project manager, project designer and general contractor for shelving and storage space, and office and service facilities of the distributive-service center in Stara Pazova.
