In our business processes we pay special attention to the fulfillment of the requirements and expectations of the clients, all in accordance with the requirements of the project, domestic legislation, and best practice.

Our approach to projects is based on a detailed review of requirements, implementation conditions and risk assessment with the most optimal solutions.

We strive to maintain a high level of efficiency with continuous improvement to enable clients to provide complete services in the implementation of demanding project procedures, whether they are implemented according to FIDIC, PRAG or similar international and domestic contracting conditions.

We are engaged in several projects financed by international banks, such as the Export-Import Bank of China, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the European Investment Bank (EIB). The project management team is engaged both in the engineers’ consulting services according to FIDIC rules of contracting and in professional supervision in accordance with the Law on Planning and Construction and the Rulebook on Content and Method of Conducting Site Supervision (RSS).

Delta Inženjering is a regular member and founder of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia (ACES) and a member of the European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations (EFCA).

ACES is a professional, non-profit association with the role of promoting FIDIC rules and standards in Serbia, as well as the branch of FIDIC for the territory of the Republic of Serbia, which has the role of spreading the highest standards in construction.
