In the past years 2021 and 2022, Delta inženjering, as the Main Designer, created technical documentation for the construction of a factory of electronic devices for cars of the German Investor Continental Automotive GmbH.
The factory of electronic devices has a total area (under buildings) of 22,000 m2, which is located on a plot of land of 59,000 m2.

The design and technical documentation included:
– Development of Urban Planning Project
– Conceptual solution
– Project for building permit
– Project for execution
– The project of the constructed object
– Creating projects in accordance with FM Global and LEED standards.
– Preparation of tender documentation
– Monitoring of works during construction (Design supervision)

The factory of electronic devices in Kać was opened and put into operation on February 23, 2023. years.
