Delta inženjering is engaged for expert supervision and the provision of consulting services on the project for the construction of a trigeneration plant for the supply of heat, cooling, and electricity to facilities, the Spatial Plan of the Special Purpose Area of the National Football Stadium and the Expo 2027 Complex on 167 hectares in the Belgrade municipality of Surčin.
